Before increasing starting, we make sure the body is fully warmed up, stretched and blood is flowing, preparing everyone for a high-energy session.
As they’re new, we expect a few slips or falls, but the sand turf should make it much softer — inshallah.

Speaking from childhood experience,
In the UK, football isn’t a hobby, It’s a priority. From as young as six years old, both parents and children commit fully to the game.
Some of my strongest childhood memories are the long weekend road trips, travelling to other cities to compete. Those experiences shaped me.
My team and I won the majority of available competitions for one simple reason: we trained and played more than everyone else.
So it didn’t surprise me when parents later started bringing their children to me for the exact same reason.
Extra training builds athletes. It strengthens muscle and bone, sharpens discipline, and creates an undeniable edge over any competitor.
That’s why, in our upcoming Kids Beach Program, we’ll be measuring performance with real metrics:

Location - Situated on the sand volleyball court on the new jeddah corniche' ROSHN Waterfont beach. You can use the main entrance to enter. You will find the ladies and gents bathroom on your right and left. Water and refreshments are available at the bar. Although there are toilet cubicles where you can change, I would recommend your children to get changed into your fitness wear before arriving at the beach. Showers are available on site. Car park is available near by but may be busy, so please arrive and park early. Free Swimming is permitted in the designated zones and times.
Your coach - Your journey will be guided by coach Adey. An experienced fitness professional dedicated to creating fun and energising workouts. At times Coach Adey may include other experts as our program continues to grow.
1 Free Trial - Each child will have access to 1 free trial for the parent and child to determine the suitability of the program for them.
Facility Use - your session or subscription cost only covers your fitness classes and does not cover any additional service on the beach such as bed hire or towel hire. However you are able to request this on site at the bar.
Affiliate - Refer a friend and you'll receive a 1x free session each month for the duration of their membership.
