Session Cancellation Policy

1. Sessions cancelled outside 24hrs from session time can be saved.
2. Sessions Cancelled within a 24hr period will terminate. 
3. If you are planning to travel or are away for a period, sessions can be saved until you return. 
4. Saved sessions will be used during your current or at the end of your package.
5. If your session is cancelled by your coach within 24hrs of your session time, your session will be saved and you will receive a free additional complimentary session for the inconvenience.
